The Center for Meditation Science is pleased to offer one-to-one integrated and group wellness programs by Susan Taylor, Ph.D and our trainers. Integrating yoga science as mind-body medicine, these programs address the essential nature of health, vitality, and intelligence. Susan Taylor is able to provide individually designed wellness strategies that will enhance the physical and mental well-being of your most valuable resource: your life.
Both individual and wellness programs utilize go beyond the usual wellness assessments and strategies. We address sources of imbalance, and create a comprehensive plan for restoring mood and regaining strength and endurance. The Center for Meditation Science also offers a variety of programs listed above that support you to restore the elements of a vital and balanced life.
Program schedules are flexible and can be designed as 1.5 hour sessions, 1/2 day, 1 full day, weekends or 4-5 day retreats. Please contact Susan Taylor and the Center for Meditation Science to discuss your specific individual needs. Sessions are available by phone, skype or in person.
