Yoga means union.  Many of the mainstream practices focus on attuning and building the physical body when indeed Yoga – the practice of uniting the body mind and soul - infiltrates all aspects of your life force as well as breath.  Establishing a practice that’s purpose is to unite the body and mind is fundamental to the philosophy that supports traditional yoga practices.  Yoga practices have been developed to enhance meditation. After all meditation is the key to why we have yoga in the first place.  When we begin to find the stillness that lies within the movement then we are on the path to yoga meditation.  The science of “being” requires the development of an inner awareness that is fundamental to all practices of yoga and meditation.

The purpose of the Yoga Meditation Program is to provide you with the traditional ancient art of yoga including concentration, asanas, breath control that will lead to a profound sense of well “being” and contentment.  This is the Whole Science of “Being” the union of mind and body.
