Focus and finish what you have come to do in this lifetime and disentangle yourself from matters that bind your heart.  In our quarterly newsletter from the Center for Meditation Science I discussed how darkness is the absence of light and how whether we experience light or darkness is a matter of what we choose to identify with.  After viewing a beautiful video on blooming flowers it came to me that we must train our minds so that we don't create anything that puts the lampshade on the light that dwells in the space of our heart.  The way that a flower blooms and the fragran
